Screening Process

Please entry applicant selects an appointment time for company briefing and preliminary screening.

After the briefing, a written test and individual interview will be held.
*Written test is consisted of short essay on some topics and simple mathematic questions.

Interview will be performed for several times.

Personnel Evaluation System and Compensation

Evaluation is based on Ability & Motivation + Target Management System

Ability & Motivation is evaluated in absolute value on aspects such as sense of responsibility, execution ability, decisional ability and sympathetic.
Target Management is a system for individuals to set their targets according to their career and abilities.

Evaluation-based End-of-fiscal-year Bonus

Seperately from ordinary bonus on July and December, the end-of-fiscal-year bonus is given out depending on business performance.
It is decided according to the individual’s achievement of evaluation.

Step Award - Suggestion System for Company's Improvement

"Step Award" is a full suggestion system by every and each employee.
It also applies to responsible duties, with aim to enhance the employees’ leadership.
At the end of the fiscal year, the result will be evaluated and award with reward will be given out.

  • Platinum Step Award: 1,000,000 yen or above
  • Gold Step Award: 500,000 yen or above
  • Silver Step Award: 300,000 yen or above
  • Bronze Step Award: 100,000 yen or above
